Vegan Banana Walnut Bread

I have finally found the perfect recipe for Vegan Banana Walnut Bread after several tries! It was so delicious that I actually ate 2/3 of it by myself... I am quite particular about texture and taste, the result was so close to what I wanted that I can't wait to bake more of these for my friends and family! This recipe is 100% vegan which means no butter or eggs, every slice is moist and really fragrant. When you bake this the smell will really spread through the whole house.



- 2 over riped Bananas (when you see dark spots on it) 

- 1 cup wholemeal flour

- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda

- 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder

- 2/3 cup coconut oil

- 1/4 cup soy milk



1. Blend the two Bananas until mixture is smooth

2. Add the mixture to other wet ingredients like oil and soy milk

3. Sift all dry ingredients in a bowl

4. Combine both wet and dry ingredients and fold them with a spatula 

5. Grease the baking pan with oil and pour the mixture in 

6. For decoration, place bananas and walnut on top of the mixture

7. Bake in over for 25 minutes at 180 degrees

8. To test whether it's baked or not, poke the loaf with a knife to see if it comes out clean
