When it's mango season here in Singapore I get really excited with making vegan recipes with these naturally sweet and juicy fruits. One of my favourite combination is Mango and Coconut, both are tropical fruits and taste really good together! Here's my smoothie recipe.
- 1 banana
- 1 whole coconut
- 1 mango
Method: 1. Open the coconut, pour all water out and put aside in a cup
2. Use a spoon to scrap out the coconut flesh
3. Slice the banana and mango into chunks
4. Blend the banana, mango and coconut until mixture is smooth
