Vegan Granola

Granola is a quintessential healthy breakfast food. I love the crunchiness and how it just goes so well with soy milk and fruits! The store-bought granola often contains too much sugar, unknown ingredients and non-vegan friendly elements. The healthier versions are always extremely pricey. As such making your own granola is actually better than buying from outside and it's actually very easy. Here's my recipe for Vegan Granola, I made a batch of it, store it in a jar and eat it with soy yogurt (mine is from Soy Life Vanilla Creme Yoghurt)

- Camel Natural Nutty Berries Delight 150 grams (contains Cashews, Almonds, Mulberries, Raisins, Cranberries)

- 2 cups of organic oats

- 2 table spoons of coconut oil

- 2 table spoons of honey

- 1 teaspoon of cinnamon powder

1. Open the packet of Camel Natural Nutty Berries, take out all the cashews and chop the almonds into smaller pieces with a knife

2. In a large bowl mix nuts and oats together

3. Pour the mixture ont0 a non-stick pan on medium heat

4. Drizzle the honey and coconut oil over the mixture, do not stirring

5. Avoid burning the granola, once the oats are crispy and brown in colour the vegan granola is ready!
