On some days you might just crave a warm hearty bowl of food that fills your stomach. When it rained heavily on Sunday evening, I got lazy to eat out and rummaged through the kitchen to assemble this delicious Vegan Curry Rice. It is super easy to make and makes a good stay home dinner for two (or one!).
Assembled with half a packet of organic tau kwa panfried with onion and olive oil, organic mixed rice, veggie balls from IKEA and Japanese pre-made curry from Daiso.
